The Normal Hours of Operation of the Wayne Recreation Center are as follows:

IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ACTIVITY PERMISSION IS HEREBY REQUESTED FOR THE USE OF THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
It is hereby understood that if this application is granted, the undersigned applicant will assume responsibility for the preservation of order in said facility or on said grounds, liability for any injury or damage incurred, or loss of property that may occur, and for due observance of all regulations of the Department of Parks and Recreation governing the use of Township property. In addition to the foregoing the undersigned applicant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Township of Wayne, the Board of Education, its agents, servants and employees, from any and all claims for any injury sustained by any person or to any property in the use of the recreation facilities. The applicant further agrees to defend, at his own expense, any such claims or lawsuits instituted by third parties, which obligations or liabilities might otherwise accrue against the township of Wayne or Board of Education. The permit granted is not transferable and is valid only for the date or dates approved. All permits prohibit the use of alcoholic beverages on the premise. You are responsible to clean area of debris after your use. If you use the facilities inappropriately and cause damage you will:

1. Be responsible for the cost of repairing the damage to the facilities.
2. Not be issued permits for future use of the facilities

You must have this permit in your possession at all times when using the facility.
